Wix has no full export. Nothing about this move is a file transfer — the content is reconstructed, and knowing that up front is what makes it go smoothly.
There is no database, no files and no theme to carry. What there is, is a live site and a blog feed.
The blog RSS feed and the live pages are the only sources Wix offers, so posts, pages and structure are rebuilt from those rather than imported from an export that does not exist.
Wix uses a fixed URL shape that matches no WordPress permalink structure, so each indexed address needs a rule if the search traffic is to survive the move.
Images sit on Wix's own domain and keep loading from it after you leave, so the library is downloaded and rehosted on yours.
Wix pages are not HTML you can carry anywhere. The layout is reproduced in a theme you then own and can change.
Forms, bookings and galleries were Wix apps rather than files. Each one is matched to a WordPress equivalent before launch, not discovered missing afterwards.

On Wix the performance ceiling is set by the platform. Here caching, images and PHP limits are all things somebody can change.
