These Terms of Service govern your use of MagicWP's hosting platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. The following are prohibited:
- Hosting malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Attempting to disrupt or overload the platform
- Reselling the service without authorization
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and changes are prorated.
4. Free trials
Free trials let you evaluate the service before paying. We may modify or end trials at any time. You won't be charged unless you choose to continue on a paid plan.
5. Service levels
We target 99.99% uptime as described in our SLA. If we fall short on an eligible plan, you may be entitled to service credits as set out in that agreement.
6. Intellectual property
You own your content. We own the MagicWP platform, software, and brand. Using the service grants you a limited license to it; it doesn't transfer ownership.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, you can export your data for a limited period.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
